Steps for ordering your custom hats with Design Dynamix

1. Determine quantity and date needed for your hats (if deadline applies)
* 34-45 day express air delivery after sample approval (upcharge applies)
* 65-75 days standard sea delivery after sample approval

2. E-mail your logo(s) to info@designdynamix.com.
* Acceptable logo formats include eps, jpeg, bmp and tif. If you are unable to
e-mail us your logo, please mail camera ready artwork with color informaiton.

3. Choose your hat design
* we will give you login information for our customer login page so that you can view our on-line catalog.
* we will send you hat samples to assist you in choosing your hat fabric.
* we will provide colored artwork for approval

4. After artwork is approved order is placed
* spec sample arrives in 2-3 weeks after artwork approval.
* after spec sample is approved, order goes into production.
